Messinia: SUP in Voidokilia

Voidokilia Beach, with its iconic omega-shaped shoreline and soft white sand, is a true jewel of the southwest Peloponnese. This SUP & Snorkel experience allows you to discover the bay from a unique perspective, balancing on a paddleboard while exploring crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life. Meeting at the north corner of the beach, your certified guide will give a short introduction to paddleboarding, teaching you how to stand, turn, stop, and glide confidently over the water.

Once ready, set off at a relaxed pace along the beach, enjoying uninterrupted views of dunes, sandbanks, and the surrounding coastline. Paddle around the bay, discovering secluded coves and snorkeling spots where colorful fish and, if lucky, sea turtles swim beneath you. Take time to practice your skills, swim, or simply sunbathe while marveling at the striking natural surroundings. Halfway through, a delicious picnic of fresh local bread, fruits, vegetables, cheese, and olive oil offers the perfect mid-adventure break. Weather permitting, you may even paddle toward nearby coves or catch a few gentle waves for some light surfing. The tour ends back at the starting point, leaving you with memories of an active, relaxing, and visually stunning day at one of Greece’s most beautiful beaches.

1. 09:30 – Meet at Voidokilia Beach; safety briefing and SUP instruction

4. 12:00 – Stop for swimming, snorkeling, and enjoy a picnic with local delicacies

5. 12:45 – Continue paddling along the bay or nearby coves; optional gentle wave surfing

6. 14:00 – Return to starting point at Voidokilia Beach, concluding the tour
