We really enjoyed this tour! The Golden Circle highlights were as stunning as expected, and we had a knowledgeable guide who brought the landscapes to life with stories and geology. The whale watching cruise afterward was refreshing and peaceful—we saw a few spouts and a tail flip! A long day, but everything was smoothly organized and well worth it.

  2. (5/5)

If you want to make the most of your time in Iceland, this combo tour is ideal. The morning gave us unforgettable views and a deep dive into Iceland’s natural history, and the afternoon was all about the thrill of spotting whales in their wild habitat. Even if the whales had been shy, just being out on the water with mountain views was worth it. An amazing, well-paced experience.

This tour was the perfect balance of land and sea exploration. The Golden Circle was absolutely breathtaking—each stop more impressive than the last, with Þingvellir’s geological wonder, Strokkur’s dramatic eruptions, and Gullfoss roaring in full force. Then in the afternoon, we boarded the whale watching boat and were lucky enough to spot a group of minke whales and playful dolphins! Truly a spectacular Icelandic day.
