Dublin: Team Sculpture

The Team Sculpture experience in Dublin offers an exciting and unconventional approach to team building. Rather than typical physical challenges or competitive games, this activity focuses on creativity, collaboration, and communication through the shared goal of designing and building a sculpture. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, with no artistic experience required—just an open mind and a sense of humour.

Upon arrival at the creative venue, your group will be welcomed by professional facilitators who guide you through the process and outline your materials and objectives. Teams are formed and challenged to create a sculpture based on a theme or brief—this could be tied to company values, a fun prompt, or a surprise twist revealed on the day. You’ll work with a mix of clay, cardboard, wire, recycled materials, and more, making the creative process as engaging as the final result.

The activity is not only about making something visually impressive, but also about how your group interacts under a creative deadline. Leadership, delegation, brainstorming, and adaptability all come into play as teams sketch ideas, allocate tasks, and build their pieces. There’s always plenty of laughter as bold concepts and imaginative solutions take shape—sometimes literally! At the end, each group presents their creation, often with entertaining stories or interpretations, followed by a light-hearted awards presentation or reflection session.

Ideal for corporate groups, student teams, hen/stag parties, or families looking for something a bit different, the Team Sculpture activity provides a unique blend of fun, artistry, and meaningful team interaction. Plus, it’s all indoors, making it a great option year-round.
