Mostar: Full Day Tour to Dubrovnik

Discover the stunning Adriatic coastline on a full-day tour from Mostar to Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful and historic cities in the world. Journey through picturesque landscapes, charming coastal towns, and breathtaking viewpoints before arriving in the Pearl of the Adriatic. Explore Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, rich with medieval architecture, ancient fortifications, and vibrant culture.

The day begins with a scenic drive from Mostar, passing through the rugged yet picturesque landscapes of Herzegovina. As you approach the Adriatic coast, you’ll witness a stunning transformation in scenery, with azure waters, lush greenery, and charming seaside villages lining the route. A brief stop in Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s only coastal town, offers a chance to admire the Adriatic views and enjoy a coffee before continuing to Croatia’s southernmost jewel—Dubrovnik.

Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, you’ll step into a world of medieval grandeur, where massive stone walls, centuries-old monasteries, and charming limestone streets await. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, embark on a walking tour of the Old Town, starting at the iconic Pile Gate, the historic entrance to the city. Stroll along Stradun, the main promenade, where elegant baroque buildings, bustling squares, and historic fountains tell stories of Dubrovnik’s rich past.

Marvel at the Rector’s Palace, once the seat of power in the Dubrovnik Republic, and visit the Franciscan Monastery, home to one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe. The impressive Dubrovnik Cathedral, adorned with stunning artwork and a treasury of relics, showcases the city’s deep-rooted religious heritage. You’ll also see Orlando’s Column, the symbol of Dubrovnik’s independence, and the Church of St. Blaise, dedicated to the city’s patron saint.

One of the highlights of your visit is the ancient city walls, which provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, Lokrum Island, and the terracotta rooftops of the Old Town. If you choose, you can take an optional walk along the walls for an unforgettable experience.

After the tour, enjoy free time to explore Dubrovnik at your own pace. Indulge in a delicious seafood lunch at one of the charming local restaurants, browse artisan shops for handmade jewelry and local crafts, or take a cable car ride to Mount Srđ for a spectacular aerial view of the city and the coastline.
