Please note, while this adventure is suitable for all, a valid driver’s license (Class B) is required for adults wishing to drive the snowmobile. Children and adults without a valid license can comfortably join the experience seated on a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile.

- Snowmobile equipment (helmet, balaclava) for safety.

- 1-hour driving on a shared snowmobile (2 persons per snowmobile).
- Meeting Point: Please meet us at our office in Santa Claus Village 30 minutes before the departure time. There is no pick-up/drop-off for this tour.
- Driver Requirements: A valid driver’s license (Class B) is required for adults wishing to drive. A provisional license or a picture of the license will not be accepted.
- Children Policy: Children aged 1-13 years will be seated in a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile. It is recommended that one parent sits with small children for safety. Children under 2 years old are not recommended to join this tour.
- Liability: The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages, with a maximum personal liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing liability to 150€.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be refunded. Changes made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be accepted.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is not allowed during the tour, and guests who are intoxicated cannot participate.
