• Driver Requirements: A valid driver’s license (Class B) is necessary to operate the snowmobile. A provisional license or photo will not be accepted, and the license must be recognizable in English. If you do not bring your driving license, you won’t be able to drive the snowmobile and no refund will be offered.
• Children Policy: Children aged 4-13 years will be seated in a sledge pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. It is recommended that a parent sits with small children for safety. If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (availability permitting).
• Transfers & Itinerary:
  • Pick-Up Point: Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 25), with a meeting time at 13:10.
  • Alternative Meeting Point: Snowmobile Park Safari House (Joulumantie 5), with a meeting time at 13:30.
  • Itinerary:
    • 13:20 – Transfer from the City Office departs
    • 13:30 – Office and winter overalls distribution
    • 14:00 – Activity starts
    • 16:00 – Activity ends
    • 16:30 – Transfer back to the City Center
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be refunded. Changes made within this time frame will not be accepted.
• Safety: The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in the event of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the tour begins.
• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the tour, and guests who are intoxicated will not be permitted to participate.
