This activity is suitable for everyone; however, adults must hold a valid driving license to operate a snowmobile. Children and those without valid licenses can comfortably enjoy the ride seated on a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile.

• Meeting Point: No pick-up/drop-off for this tour. Please meet us at our office in Santa Claus Village at 13:30.
• Driver Requirements: A valid driver’s license (Class B) is mandatory for operating the snowmobile. Provisional licenses or pictures will not be accepted. The license must be in English. If you do not bring your driving license, you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile, and no refund will be provided.
• Child Policy: Two adults share one snowmobile. In case of an odd number of participants, someone will have to share. Children aged 1-13 years will be seated on a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend that one parent sits with small children for added safety. If a child over 140 cm wishes to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile, a full adult price will be charged (subject to availability).
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be refunded, and changes made within this timeframe will not be accepted.
• Safety: The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in the event of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on-site for 15€, reducing liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the tour starts.
• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the tour, and intoxicated guests will not be allowed to participate.
